Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, so here’s our cancellation and refund process:

Order Cancellation:

Free cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, cancellations will incur a 15% processing fee (deducted from your refund).

Refunds:

• Refunds for cancelled or returned orders will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
• If your package is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
